What Grid Timezone does

Grid Timezone is an independent 2026 Formula 1 calendar. It brings practice, Sprint, qualifying and race sessions together in one place, displays them in the timezone selected on your device, and provides results and concise recaps for completed race weekends in case you missed them.

Schedule sources

Session schedules are checked against OpenF1 and the official Formula 1 event pages linked from each race card.

Timezone conversion

Session times are stored as UTC timestamps and converted in your browser. Grid Timezone uses the timezone reported by your browser, not an IP address or physical-location lookup, so proxy and VPN locations do not override your device setting.

Verification and updates

An automated daily check compares the published calendar with active OpenF1 sessions. It only reports differences: no schedule is changed automatically. Every reported change is reviewed against the linked event source before the calendar is updated manually.

Results

Completed-session results refresh from OpenF1 when available. Saved results remain visible as a fallback if an external service is unavailable.
